Raft
Updated foundation armor to be untargetable/immortal to Bruce.
This wasn't really a problem before as when the shark attacked the armored foundation it didn't take very much to repair it back to full. The most I ever saw it drop to was in the 70% range. I don't think this change was necessary.

It removes tedium. Once you have the ressources to armour all of your raft's foundations, hunting after the shark biting into your raft adds nothing to the game but "uh... not again."

I was disappointed that this update didn't make clay bowls invulnerable

Yeah. The recent update makes the shark ignore it completely.

I'm curious if the shark will now attack inner foundations that aren't armored? Even though it sometimes does this anyway. But I thought that was considered a bug.

@ScottE: Simple solution - just armor all your foundations and you will never have to worry about the shark while on your raft...

Nah man. Can’t speak for everyone but I always raise my raft a level to avoid waves clipping through the bottom. I close off the whole bottom level. So being able to upgrade it all to invincibility instead of having to break in to my bottom level once a day to repair what the shark has done is great.

It is a bug, but because of this update if you upgrade the outer edges of your raft then it can only attack the inner side. So until you have it all upgraded it will keep attacking. If the bug is ever fixed you will only have to Armor the outside I reckon.

The game is pointless without the shark biting the raft. The shark following your raft is the entire point of the game. It gives you a sense of purpose to go around and repair the raft. ESPECIALLY WITH ARMOR! You still have to repair your raft but the shark does not take it in one bite. The game is too easy without it and (is in my opinoin) a bad feature.

only in the early game is there a point to the shark, if you think it adds to gameplay having to keep poking it after like 40 hours.... you’re entitled to your opinion, but I reckon most of the player base would say you’re wrong. Also, saying the game is pointless without the shark attacking is messed up. Do you just sit around waiting for it to attack? Plenty of other stuff to do. The shark following you is not the ‘entire point of the game’

I armored my whole raft but then I still have some planks at the outside that I wont armor, so thats where the shark can attack and thats where I kill him :)
It takes a loooong time to gather all the resources to armor the whole raft (especially when your raft is pretty big). That's why I hope they leave it the way it is now. Imagine being on a big island and when you come back the shark destroyed an essential foundation that will make everything you built on top of it collapse too, happened to me and I had to build a looot again
