If you remove a cooking pot the recipes attached disappear

If you remove a cooking pot the recipes attached disappear. It's not really a bug but it's not expected behaviour. I would have expected the recipes to be put in inventory just like when you remove a storage container.

Technically the recipes are not "inside" the cooking pot and are more "attached" to it. I get your point though. The easy thing to do here is to first remove the recipes from the cooking pot and the remove the pot itself.

I had the same thing happen to me. Recipes gone. Once they are up on the board above the cooker, I do not believe you can remove them. Now my cooker is stuck closed, after filling it and I can no longer cook.

Does it just need wood? It sounds like whatever's inside just didn't finish cooking

The game doesn't require the recipe, you just have to know what ingredients to put in. If you forgot a recipe, you can find it on the wiki: https://raft.gamepedia.com/Raft_Wiki

Edit: you can remove a recipe, same key as removing anything else. Just be careful you face the recipe, so you don't remove the cooking pot instead.

I wish I could attach my blueprints to the research table the same way. That would be cool

@swiftdoll When you first get a blueprint, the item is added to the crafting table. You don't need to keep them. You will still need to add the item ingredients and research the item.
