Disable Food/Hunger Drain in Peaceful?

I started playing today. I chose peaceful because I dont like getting attacked. I'm just a couple minutes into my first world, and surprised at how fast my food/water is draining.

Is there a way to disable food/water drain for peaceful,
or slow the drain way way down?

I wish I could disable the drain without creative. I like to craft and collect stuff and build.

Ty Anonymous. I will look into those mods and see what I can do.I was surprised to not see workshop items in the steam library, didnt know there was a seperate mod launcher (like 5M and7dtd) many thanks for pointing this Raft Newbie to the mod loader.
