I have 5 nests but there are only 2 seagulls (apparently) so I removed 3. Do more than 2 nests help?
Once a nest is full of feathers (3) the seagulls will stop landing in it and use another one (if its not full of feathers) If all are full, they will land there anyway.
So if better having around 6 if you do not check them all the time.
Since Seagulls spawn fast (2 mins) its still faster to kill them for feathers and meat.
Do you know how "big" is measured? Is it number of foundations? That would be annoying, I don't want much more than I have (11x11 plus a few "bumps" to jump up on from the water).
It's taking longer for me, it seems, maybe that changes with difficulty? I'm playing on normal currently.
The only "source" I can find is from a mod called "Seagull Master"[www.raftmodding.com] which has a setting that says:
5-7 minutes might be more like what I'm seeing, though it feels longer
Anybody else notice that?
I've noticed the exact same thing, and just remove and replace as you do to get them to nest again.
