Just bought this game (6/19) and I'm astonished this is still the case. I can't even move it to another monitor. You could with the tech demo, but not now. WTF.

The trick is launching in "Exclusive Fullscreen" mode. Something no one tells you. After that, Alt-Enter works.

while it is a problem, i found this program a few years back that solves this kinda problem and similar ones a different game. that game was crap btw.

anyway the program is called sizer.

it can resize windows and move them. one or both and can be configured quite simply.

just start the program and it will appear on the far right of your tool bar with its icon.
right click it.
click configure.

first click add.
change the description to whatever you want.
check the don't resize window box.
then click the dropdown menu called move to.
select whatever option you like.
click ok.

now once done with config, click the game,
then right click the sizer icon on the bottom right of your screen.
then click the new option you made.

voila. problem solved.

Launch the game from your Steam library, choose Exclusive Fullscreen mode, Alt+Enter and you'll have bordered window you can move around.
