It's not actually in game yet I believe. It's just a teaser for new content down the line.

you can find the radio tower, which gives you clues to the utopia

I found 2 more points on the radar, 2 equal places where you find the message about
utopia. I have the pictures.

as far as I can see, the points hint to utopia, but dont have concrete info, I'm anchored at one right now

its not "in game" yet.
ive been to a couple dozen radar locations and its just differing pillar structures.
