ehr i dont know how that works and i wanna change my difficulty from easy to normal
btw where can you find that save file?
Agree ! Every crafting game has 2 levels of fun. Once you finish the game a couple times (and 6h is more than enough for Raft), you can take the experience to a whole new level.
Anyway, i have good news for you fellow "cheaters" : I've broken the code !
Please take notice that I decline all responsability of what could happen, bla bla bla.... Just dont do anything stupid and everything should be fine.
Also, as long as you don't play on public servers protected with VAC (which is a stupid thing to do), you don't have to worry about Steam banishment.
So, here's what I did :
First, disable the Cloud Synchronisation for the game :
(RightClick->Properties->Updates->Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Raft)
Just a precaution so Steam wont bother you at launch and wont override local files.
Copy you saved game into a new file and backup the old one. You can find them here ;
Then edit the new file with an hexadecimal editor and search for "GameMode".
You should find this pattern at 2nd occence :
which match the following hexadecimal translation:
The last 01 byte matches the actual game mode accordingly :
So change the byte value to whichever mode you prefer and save the file.
Launch the game and you will be able to loadl your saved game with a different mode.
[insert shia_leboeuf_MAGIC meme here]
Hope this helps, enjoy your big @ss ships ;)
Cheers !

some stats to compare, click on ' players ' tab. (tho some are basically achievement cheaters)
Some achievements were broken at several occasions, so if they did complete,
would wonder how them found so many warhogs, if ' they did sleep for 300+ days ', without considering travelling time or spent time looking for plane and captain' island (which only got fixed yesterday).
Sure, maybe possible, with mods, cheats or alterations.
* could please quit calling me out on an old thread.
XD, thats why i never send my last answer.
I guess the To had his answer one year later.
but btw, @ the people who think they can interpret profiles
1: Mods can change a game
2: Offline modus can change statistics
3: Starting games by the *.exe can change the statistics
4: Sometimes people play the same game on more than one account

If people like to play games different, as long as it dont mean they cheat in multiplayer its exactly the idea behind "gaming"
Closing topic.
