Report a translation problem
1. When a bird spawns, it is assigned a target - plant/SC or nest. Target doesnt change until bird dies or despawns.
2. After its interaction with the target is completed/interrupted, it flies up and circles overhead in a holding pattern
3. From this holding pattern there is a chance it will fly away (despawn) or re-interact with target. Nest birds have higher chance of despawn.
4. Target preference - SC>plants>nest. Uncovered targets > targets under roof
5. I get the most amount of eggs when my number of nest outnumber my total of plants and birds by about 3x
I assume it is because birds are randomly assigned a target on spawning and given the lower preference for nests, you need way more nests than plants/sc
Disclaimer: all this is derived from my interpretation of a few tests I ran. For all we know I could be wrong on every count!
Ah, that might explains it. Since our base consists of very much a plentiful supplies of plants and crops. Will try this out, thanks
