How do we climb to the top of the islands?

As the title says, how are we supposed to reach the top of every island?

There are a bunch that I have not been able to reach as well. Best guess is building the raft with some overhangs up high on the sides. But hope thats not the only way.

My raft have a staircase on each side to allow me access to islands, I get close to

use the ladder

hope you anchor close to the island, build a tower with a nice running platform and take a leap or abuse roofs to make over hangs

I have a large roof ramp on my raft, every time I need to reach higher up on the island I just build it up further and then axe it back down afterwards. If you get a bad rotation towards the island, you can use inverted/inside corners to turn the ramp's direction too.

Most islands I came across has some way to reach the top if you just Shift+Run+Hold Jump
Still, it is usually required to have 2-store raft to reach first level

you can build if you want to, today i parkoured up there with the help of the trees...
