the new up date added a new item, the radio, not the radio tower but the normal radio. as soon as you place it down you'll hear music, that's fine its a radio after all, but every once and a while you'll hear a pretty clear voice saying naval codes for the alphabet. i cant get them all down so i need help

I wish I could find the island with this radio and cap. I seem to be circling back to the same island over and over. I have not seen a new island for days now. It is the exact same one. I would be happy to see the radio tower at this point ...

It is reading out two phrases in the phonetic alphabet. They are just memes I'm afraid...
"The goat is a lie" - a reference to Portal
"All your raft are belong to us" - a reference to Zero Wing

some of these match and some dont so there is clearly another phrase and based on the word at it must be a location

I've only heard the 2 ones that Luxifer stated already. You could also have only heard part of the word as well which is the more likely case as every search I've done on it has only those 2 sentences.

hmm something happened to me last me that really miffed me it was a message not even coded just a repeat of words "help us help us help us" it wasnt even between songs either anyone noticed this as well or am i just hearing things also if you look in the journal they say if a radio signal is heard its above water maybe those the signals that whoever wrote the journal was talking about
