It feels like you're talking about a different stealth section. The robot alone would spot a 4 stealth.
Been a while since I compared it against the level so you may be right but here you go. This is the evidence and I may be proven wrong and dumb with it
I struggle to believe this video based on every single stealth encounter I've had in the game seeing directly over anything but actual hard walls. The perception range also feels way off for that point in the game.
You can usually get the one guy by the robot and then Cobra with the stealth. I spent hours in Menzels trying to get pathing to happen right, so watching that robot just flatly not see them in the vid is upsetting lol I also find it mildly annoying that Prowler is stronger than 5 or so ranks of stealth. I ended up making a new run and I'm doing the Second Wind abuse and more than just tunnel runner. I hadn't really had to build for stealth for anything else in the game outside of getting my skill up and using stealth unit properly
