Why can't I connect to the game server

Playing on Montecera Challenge Jurrassic Difficulty. Cant seem to get any, i have like 2 Struthios, 2 Triceras, 1 Edmonto and 1 Ceratosaurus... my "Achieve 0.5 Dinosaur Rating" is still sitting at 0/0.5

Hello, I recently unlocked every island, and I was doing this to unlock a mission for a dino. Theres a issue though, the timer for "Ensure each dinosaur remains housed within a secure enclosure" I've restarted the island kinda..When I left the game, I was on isla muerta, I was struggling so when I came back I restarted the island. I'm not sure how to fix this. They all are in a seperate enclosure though....
