You would think that the workers at that habitat would realize the issue and call it in. Why does the owner of the park have to be notified and make the call?

different discussion, another mad cuz no auto support in the game (here auto sell, there auto refill feeders)... xD

play the game, have fun, enjoy it... when 100% completed go sandbox mode and no need to refill more feeders or sell dinos, clear dead etc ;)

You don't play the owner of the park. You are the park manager and as such every last detail of park operation is your responsibility.
