Has the map size increased?
I heard with the new dlc their would be a bigger map, however i cannot seem to find out anywhere if this is true. Would appreciate if someone with the dlc could answer. Have they really made a bigger map?

When you beat a certain spot of the DLC, you unlock the section of Isla Nublar used in the original park and it is indeed much bigger. Its called "Isla Nublar 1993" and another "Isla Sorna 1993" and they are different that the standard maps. Much cooler too.

is the isla nublar 1993 mapbigger than the big sandbox map in the base game?

New nublar is 2x larger than old nublar. I might lie, maybe it is less larger. I cleaned both nublars and redesigned from 0. New nunlar took me full day to design. I made park there with huge jungle and with huge redwood biome and kept the original lake part. Map is big enought to please me now.

Nublar 1993 is the biggest map with the largest buildable terrain in the game I believe. I'm currently building a recreation (*) of the original JP park and tour on it (Visitor area with raptor pen, Aviary, Dilophosaurus and Proceratosaurus paddocks are currently finished), and it's gigantic when I zoom out. Still so much space to build and it helps that we have less and smaller buildings in the '93 era, meaning you have way more space for the enclosures. I'm having a lot of fun planning and designing it (but I'm not sure if I'm going for JP era only or mix it with JW dinosaurs as well)...

(*) I know it's not 100% accurate, but it's a close aproximation with artistic changes to suit the build. I'm really happy with the visitor area and general look of it. I'll try to post some screenshots, however I'm currenty playing on PS4.
