Bridges
Yeah... I know... I play Death Stranding and I might be biased and a stupid Kojima shill. :awkward:

No seriously, I recommend to add bridges into the pathway construction which are able to get over a tour path.
Otherwise people are extremely limited with creating tours.

For exmaple:
You want to create a low budget tour that just covers one pen.
Yet you also want to make a big budget tour that covers the entire island.
It's possible to avoid that both tours will meet each other, but there will be surely some issue with the path ways.
As even tour buildings need to be connected to paths.

So yeah... Tour paths themselves cannot cross each other.
But walking paths should have a possibility to get over a tour track.

What do you think?

I mean, we already have a possibility to dynamically add a gate to the fence where the tour path crosses over.
Paths / Tours should have a similar option.

100% agree

Was very VERY surprised this game didnt have planet coasters path system, the one where you just hold a key and drag the path up to create bridges.

The only thing i can think of is that it might have been left out was the dinos trying to path over it.

Maybe if they made a perfab bridge you place like a gallery, then connect path to it each side, and make sure its big enough for dinos :)

Ya it was another rushed cash grab, hopefuly devs have the decency to at least add a hot fix

I'm sure every dlc ever has at one point or another been called a cash grab, a good amount of games too, It's so widespread at this point it doesn't make the game stand out.

If you want to suggest something I recommend Frontiers official forums, as it's easier for the dev's to spot then on steam: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/forums/jwe-ideas-feature-requests/

I know that link very well, but I am not about ot register on an independet gaming hub, just to report issues of their game. I feel already overused as free beta-tester. oO
If anyone has an account there, he fairly can use my recommendations.
Otherwise I hope that this issue is just something which will get reported there even without my interaction.

*nods*

Also wow, curious on how they ended down the cliff, in mine I completely fenced them off entirely so they didn't have the chance to do that, atleast you passed the mission.

I put myself in the list of players wanting to have proper pedestrian and car bridges, optionally even underpasses below exhibits and such.

Besindes the Jeep tour argument the reason is that in every modern zoo and theme park, guest pathways and administrative roads/paths are separated for good reasons. In JPE, for instance, it is a pain having to drive the ranger jeep over paths crowded by guests.

Also it would make a nice alternative to these unsightly tribunes in order to give people a better view over an enclosure ... from a safe distance.
