Compys
I feel like the Compy should have had a pre-designed enclosure like the Pterasaurs. They seem too small to put into any base enclosure, you can barely ever see them. It feels like they are only really good for adding into an enclosure with other dinosaurs just a slight resting buff. Does anyone have advice when considering adding Compys to the park?

Usually when making a compy enclosure I put alot of them in, like 20-25, and I make them purple with the Vivid gene so I can see them better.

Personally, I am fine with them not having a pre-designed enclosure, as it would probably mean they could have looped animation like the Pteranodon, the way they are gives them a bit more freedom.

Your right, they likely would have loops. I was excited when I heard about the pteranadons but they turned out to be dull, basically just an innovation center. I should start using more Compys and try them in large enclosures with larger animals with the tour truck

The compy's were both in the novel as in the movies intended as free-roaming dinosaurs and were present in all the big enclosures. In the novel they actually also fed on the droppings of bigger animals like sauropods, which resolved the dung problem in the park (they did not expect that behaviour nor was it intended, but it was a happy little coincidence and one the main reasons they bred so many of them so they could be used as a natural waste disposal).

It's just a shame they still count to the number of species in an enclosure, so if there are too many of them the bigger species will still freak out. It would have been better if they did not add up in the total amount and were just ambient creatures darting through the undergrowth.

Well... in the novel he was a piece of ♥♥♥♥, so I'd say the compy's were just doing their job. XD
