Playable Dinos

The game is really good but,in my opinion they could let us plays as dinosaurs to feel the essence of Jurassic Park/World

the essence of Jurassic Park is to watch the dinos do their own thing not to become the dinos

Idk, I'd feel weird if I was forced to play as a dinosaur unable to do anything but walk around in this prebuilt enclosure, occasionally having to eat and drink, and if you busted out you would just be tranquilized, and had to just lay down and wait for someone to put you back in your pen. Also who would manage the park while you where a dino? a AI?

let me rephrase this.

Universal wont allow this...................... how is this hard to understand ? They control to franchise, they wont let anyone become a dino and terrorize everyone on the island.

They would have to create new mechanics for it and that would take time. The current fundementals are decent(some minor tweaking needed), so all that's really needed is content, plus a few more options like upgrades and genetic modifications.
Additionally it does kind of take away the point of Jurassic Park/World, which is to see the Dinosaurs behaving as naturally as possible and making a theme park out of them. If you were to play as a Dinosaur it would remove a lot of the original feel and immersion, which someone has already mentioned in this thread.

If people are genuinely looking to run around as a Dinosaur, then perhaps the game for you is The Isle.

Playing as a dino does nothing for replayability so drop that nonesense 1st off.

ALL corporate companies include clauses when they licesnse thier products or likeness has basically a " morals " clause. Theres a legal term for it but basically it prevents all parties from adding/portraying/allowing/or participating in any action that results in damage to the name/reputation.

Its said that why the jeeps arent destructable. because Chyrsler who i believe owns jeep didnt want thier jeeps destroyed. I cant confirm this but it makes sense. Wether it changes i cant say.

Universal wouldnt appreciate You tube flooded with videos of thier dinos eating every person in thier parks. And others have already stated while your a dino who manages the park ?

It just doesnt fit into this game no matter how badly you want it to.

Theres a shark game where you can be the shark, go play that.
