*Waah.. waah, the head of management doesn't listen to us enough! let's open the gates and let the dino's kill innocent people!*
Such a person doesn't deserve a job but a place into a mental institution.
I'd honestly like to see some other form of consequence for ignoring divisions apart from them breaking their own toys. The whole concept doesn't feel very well thought out to me.
I think we should be able to put the saboteur in a pen so dinos can eat it.
While that would certainly be a problem, and might be challenging to fix, it still doesn't address the fact that the whole idea of sabotage in a system like this actively hurts the goals that you're trying to achieve. There's no benefit to any of the divisions in setting all the dinosaurs loose to wreak havok. That's something that works against the entirety of the operation, and it's a decidedly psychopathic thing to do on top of it, as any saboteur knows that those dinos are going to go on a murder spree.
I'm still loving the game so far, but this just feels like an extremely lazy game mechanic. There had to be better ways to introduce consequences to ignoring divisions than them getting mad and breaking stuff.
Agreed, then we at least get some use out of that idiot.
The issue, in my eyes, is there is not enough depth in the game to allow for other scenarios.
The rangers could work slower, be less productive, demand wage increases... but wait... nope because they don't do ****, you have to do it. You can't hire them, fire them, train them, anything... but you can research reloading speed, lol.
It all feels like rushed 'filler' to me, what can we bung on top of these graphics to make it appear to be some type of game, without any real thought / considerations.
