Triceratops too weak

The Triceratops is next to the Pentaceratops the largest Ceratopsian dinosaur and the only one with a massive frill, but ingame it's very weak compared to the others. Why? It should have the best stats of all horned dinos.

This. I'd bank that this is exactly the reason. For game purposes you can't have one of the earliest dinos you get be the strongest. I mean hell a Trike is only a 3 star attraction even though it is actually a popular dinosaur in reality, but to make them a super strong 5 star dino right off the bat is bad for progression purposes.

The real truth is even worst as the Cerato been downgraded in maxium mass from 2,160 lb to 1,480 lb. The Trike stayed the same at 26,000 lb.
That is the largest real Trike is 17.6x the mass of a Cerato.

This means that Utahraptor is about the same size as this dinosaur weight at lest 1,100 lb.
Of cause the JP raptors are around 150 to 200 lbs.
