InGen Database Memos

Does anyone know how to unlock the memos in the InGen database? It's the last thing I'm missing and after 30 hours I only got 3/15 (no idea how I got those)

I posted this two other places in search of answers - I may be the only one to know right now, at least the only one talking about it.

Memos you get from raising the divisions up on every island. Meaning all 3 up to 100% at least once on every island - a chore. I have yet to 5 star the sandbox island so I am not sure if this gets you something or not.
Other than that I am missing two locations and two characters. Locations are specific in most cases so toy around with building paddocks and parks that replicate movie scenes or dinos.
The characters I have no ♥♥♥♥ing clue.
Apparently a few people on playstation have gotten this done. Not sure about steam - population might be too low to show but it shows 0%
