My ratings keeps dropping

I'm on island tacano right now, and all my shop ratings like food and gift shops is at 23%, when i stare at them they go up to 30%, then i close the tab and come back after a few mins it goes down to 23% again. I currently have 3 fast food shops, 3 resturants, 1 bar, 4 shopping, and 3 fun shops, all of them are at full management, and i have around 2400 guests in the park. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

Are they placed within range of your "view" buildings and hotels? I'd assume they need to be close to the areas where people are likely to congregate, not just on the roads they travel.

Have you been using the Management View (the eye icon in the menu) function? It tells you where the demand for things is, like Emergency Shelters, shopping, food and drink. You can plan out where your stores will go based on that information to accomodate the guest needs. You'll generally want all of the highlighted buildings to be coloured blue, or yellow at the very least, in order to improve your ratings.

An other thing you might need to do is increase the staff in your buildings (more staff = more guest served per building).
