Indominus Rex not unlocking? (SOLVED)

I've followed the unlock requirements to a T but for some reason it says that I dont have 4 research centres (which I definitely do across 4 Island)? Am I missing something or does anyone else have this issue? I'm starting to think it requires 4 research centres and a 5th from which to start the research from...

Have 4 Research Centers, the Tyrannosaurs Rex and Velociraptor at 100% Genome, go to the Research page under 'Genetic Research' and the I-Rex has got a hexagon all to itself. Pay for it, and be prepared to pay just as much to incubate it.

Yep literally have all that, everything is green except for my "have 4 research centres". I have unlocked 4 islands and have one research centre on each which by my math means i have 4 research centres :/

Interesting, maybe go double check those islands, for me I made all 5, includeing Isla Nublar before I made my Indominus, besides that, if you have the Tyrannosaurus and the Velociraptor Genomes maxed and you have the money, Im not sure why you aren't able to unlock it.

yeah already double checked every island, I have a feeling they've worded it poorly, I suspect that you need 4 research centres and thena fifth to initiate the research so technically 5 centres in total. It would make sense being the end game dinosaur that you wouldn't be able to get it without access to all 5 islands

You don't need all 5 islands.

I had Trex and Raptor at 100% and MILLIONS of dollars before the 4th island. The moment I got on Isla Pena, I dropped a research center, went back to my third island, went to the research page, researched him for 2 million, then I altered his genes, and paid 9million for him to get born.

If one of your research centers doesn't have power like from weather or sabotage then it won't count. Try double checking them all

Is one of your four Research Centres on Isla Nublar? That one doesn't count. You have to have Research Centres on Muerta, Matanceros, Tacano and Pena to meet that requirement (at the very least, taking into account that you may not have unlocked Isla Sorna yet).

Otherwise one of your other Research Centres may not have power or a connected path, as one of the other posts suggested.

nope, absolutely every facility i have is connected. I 100% have 4 operational research centres. I was about to unlock isla sorna so i could test my 5 research centre theory but a cyclone came through and unleashed just about every carno i have so now im about 3 mil in debt so at this rate the I-Rex can suck a fat one

It might be worth taking a few screenshots so we can see for ourselves. It may help us figure out whether you've encountered a bug or there's something going on that has just been overlooked.

-The incubation screen from the Creation Lab showing your T-rex and Velociraptor genomes;
-The Research menu with the tooltip for the Indominus visible;
-The Island Navigation screen and the respective summary for every island (just clicking on each and screenshotting that should be enough as opposed to making you move to every one taking pictures of every Research Centre).

It probably sounds like a bit of a hassle, and the Indominus likely seems like more trouble than it's worth at this point, but some of this might allow us to help you better.

If you have experienced a bug, s/s would indeed be helpful as Truthful said. So we can figure it out and have it reported.

so for a solid two days im having this same issue. ive checked every island like 4 times and havent seen an issue. And you know what i notice just now after all this time? One of my research facilities suffering from power failure (.___.) Thanks everyone for their help im just incredibly blind
