Transport rating

Hey guys, do you have any tips for increase transport rating in the park? Cos that's only stat i need to increase to get Great Satisfaction for the park, i need it to get 5 stars. I have several monorail stations through the park, but i'm still at 9-14% of transport rating.

I think it's how many stops they have in a long stretch of monorail and how many dinos they see on the way other then that I can't help you since I'm having the same issues and I can't get 5 stars on any island

are the monorail stations actually in areas where people want them?

use the transport section of the management views and either move stations to the red areas of the heatmap or build new ones to service them

Are you using the large decorated footpaths as well for major traffic? helps keep transport down, because after all they still need to walk to and from the monorail, so if they get off the monorail onto a thin dirt road with thousands of other travellers they won't be impressed.

I'm still on first island and what really helped me to achieve a 5-star rating was to use the Management Views. Also make sure that your hotels are not overcrowded, and to have viewing galleries with somewhat close walking distance. Guests love to go to gift shops and food joints after attending a viewing gallery. Fancy wide paths help a lot with your transport rating if you don't have access to monorail yet like I do not. Dinosaur visibility is another important item since this is the main reason you have guests in the first place.

Place a monorail at entrance then one at each attraction/hotel hub (maybe two if the hub zone is large).
BTW monorail connections count as a path for building connectioning. That is you can delete paths once monorail is up to save room.

I have a problem with path connection. From the entranse I have a long, wide path. At the end of this path I have placed a monorail station and connected it to the path.. I have then built a rail to a second station with power on a diferent location on the Island and I then get the message that the second station is not connected to a path, althogh it is connected to the first station by rail and has power.

Maybe it means path like for walking, not for monorail.

I also had this problem; I had monorails surrounding isla muerta from one end to the other and had 34% transport rating. When I checked where the transport issues were, it was everywhere monorail stations were, not where they weren't. The issue wasn't getting around the island in general, but getting from the arrival point to the rest of the island in the first place. I added a monorail station near the arrival point (connected to the loop that circled the island, not alone) and immediately had a 100% transport rating and made it to 5 stars.

TLDR: make sure you have a monorail station near the arrival point, not just at interest points of your park.

Or you need to install monotrail stop platform at the first enter of your park.

I had 0 transport rating all of a sudden. Eventually it seemed to do with having no monorail station close enough to the arrival point.
