But that is the devs job and I am not here to argue on their behalf. All I can say is that I have enjoyed the game so far and I am sure I will get much fun out of it...if more is added in the future I am sure I will only enjoy it more. To me the slope can only go up from here.
I hatched my first 4 raptors today..what an experience, but its going well as they are comfortable and not tearing at the fences. Infact they have yet to break out at all. I find myself taking hundreds of screenshots every time I play. The game's visuals alone have me hooked.
I think anyone who does not find the things they hope for are very justified in telling the devs about it. I find your text to be well written and thought out. I am never one to shrink from an exchange of ideas and honestly you will get no hostility from me at all. I hope in the future the things you pointed out are fixed at least to enough of a degree you'd find the game more enjoyable. I silently wish everyone would be in awe of the simple pleasure it brings, but thankfully not everyone is like me :P
I wouldn't call the game a cash grab, however. Considering it's a liscensed title I paid around 60$ for, I found that quite reasonable. Hell I bought Total War: Warhammer II at full price when it launched and I still play it to this day (around 80$). And in all honesty I have seen faaaaar faaaaaaar worse cash grabs then this. Many I was fortunate enough not to fall into.
As always, its a question of different likes and tastes, which is as always a very personal thing. To each their own.

Great, I will. Thanks! Man always a pleasure to discuss things with you :)
Well i like to think polite conversation still exsists XD. I've done my share of verbal violence but I usually turn it to something comedic instead. People can be so...passionate on gaming forums. Is that a good word? idk.
The game in term of customization could be a little more in depth as of now there are no decorations to put in your park (not that JPOG had many more, seeing as people here just LOVE to compare the two).
Animal behaviour is not that terrible, in the limited space they give you it's pretty good (and the space is more than enough to make various exhibits if planned right), having bigger areas I would agree it would need more.
Actually the dev team does have a representative on here.

There are going to be bugs and glitches as well as unadded features. No game is perfect when they are released, I bet Planet Coaster had just as many problems when it came out. Yes there are issues that need to be smoothed out, but that is the same with all new games. Some more holes in your argument/post;
Although the biggest problem that I have with some of the community and this very post is how you are comparing it to Jurassic Park Operstion Genesis. This game wasn't made to be a fan service to all the greedy players that just want another JPOG, it was made to be it's own game. The developer's job was not to make a better JPOG, but to make something that they wanted to make, that they could pour their heart and soul into and continue upgrading it through the passage of time!
Look at this game through different eyes. Not as a modern JPOG, but as what it is. A game about managing a park, keeping both dinos and people happy. Adding new dinos and buildings to keep the audience happy, and making enclosures better for the dinos.
What they can’t seem to do is create a game which isn’t a vacuous, tedious mess.
Everyone I've spoken with that's played it repeats the same thing time and again. It's fun for the first 8-10 hours. Then the initial nostalgia factor wears off and it's rinse and repeat gameplay. There is no park customization, no business managment aspects other than topical, no guest AI that reacts to what you do or don't do, no story to speak of and basically no game.
The description of I've heard stated over and over is that it's a dinosaur breeding game with mobile like meta gameplay components.
EDIT - If that's your thing go for it. Just don't expect anything else.
and no there's nothing mobile about it.. you dont "wait" by the 3rd island you are so darn busy.. you MIGHT.. and mean MIGHT wait for 30-60s here and there.. but there's so much going on. too many people judged the game by the first island..
