Mission failed

Missions I dont think is working for me, as I did the Mission Hazardous Holding. incubate and release. Ankylosaurus, velociraptor, and Dilophosaurus, the Velociraptor killed the Dilophosaurus and it didnt even come up at all, so i did it again nothing, what a waste of my time, then Mission survival of the fittest, Release Velociraptor and Dilophosaurus together Nothing again so i dont know what i am doing wrong,

Sometimes it takes a moment for the two dinosaurs to engage each other in combat (Survival of the fittest). Also, the act of actually killing the other usually requires more than one engagement, unless you overloaded them with attack traits beforehand.

As for Hazardous Holding, releasing the Raptor and the Dilo together was basically begging for a loss.

So yeah the missions and the game function as intended the issues are on your end.

If the mission description says it fails if any dino dies then you must man a ranger jeep and keep them alive for the duration of the mission.

Yeah no, you don't even need to do that.

Yea you do. If the mission description says no dinos can die then letting them die fails the mission.

so what do you have to do i tried just putting them together and the raptor just go's for the kill as soon as he see the dilo can i use the trank to stop him killing he will that work

No. All you need to do is keep them from dying. You do NOT need to camp out in a jeep for the entire duration of the mission.

Raptors and Dilos stay in separate pens at all times. They are not compatible. I recommend playing the Entertainment mission first for this matter, as it will allow you to set up enclosures for the raptors and dilos so you can house the victor of the security mission safely after the fight is over and a clear victor is decided.

For the security mission, just build a separate enclosure and breed a raptor and a dilo. Let them kill each other and ship the victor off to their respective pens with the others. Wait out the mission timer and it'll be all over.

Keep the dilos and the raptors in separate enclosures at all times. When you do the security mission, make a completely separate enclosure dedicated to the actual target dinosaurs so they can fight. When the fight is over, take the survivor to their proper enclosure with other members of their species.

I really dont like them raptors at all i would not have any of them at all if i had a choice nasty things they are hahahaha
thank you for all your advice, but last night in temper after trying this mission and failed 3 times i wiped my game so i have to start all over again

Anytime, just keep in mind the compatability and social needs.

NEVER put mission specific dinos together until you need too(except for any herbies obviously).
