cannot activate on isla nublar

so, playing sandbox, and just seen i cant use the dread, char and so forth because its saying i cannot active it on isla nublar, ive used these dinos throughout the game, is this a bug? or do i need to do something to be able to use them?

As long as you had the dino’s before going to that island they should be available.

thats what i thought, i just beat jurassic pena ( used 7 dreads to beat it ), so went to sandbox, to mess around and notice this, do i have to beat the wu story first?

that I don’t know. I wanted to get through the game before buying that dlc. Maybe someone else can answer that. I’m wondering what the answer is myself :)
