Well...the game isn't released yet, so yes, you have to wait until then.
Maybe they will do a preload a couple of days prior for the people with slow internet, but that's unconfirmed.

But why im seeing people playing it at youtube?

What you are seeing are copies of the game that are dished out by the developer to Press and popular youtubers to show the basic features and way the game works.

It is a developer build so some of the features can be subject to change.

Those on YouTube is developer build a demo for show but you can maby download it predownload it a week before launch

We don't have preloading/pre-downloading as an option right now... unless you like development versions that will constantly update on the hour, every hour. That's a lot of gigabytes... terabytes downloaded once all is said and done! :)

I would love to be able to access and test the game’s development build. I’d be more then happy to report back on any bugs or issues I experience. I would love to be a tester and certainly have enough free time on my hands at the present to be able to play a lot and offer whatever feedback you’d require.

Wouldn't mind giving some feedback and help find bugs here and there.
The game updating though constantly would be an issue though for me with TDS.

Something tells me that they don't have the infrastructure to handle hundreds or thousands of people giving feedback all at once. Gotta pay someone to go through all the reports after all. If they ever do get that going, I'd be happy to join the beta community for it though, haha.
