Any sign of a PC retail version?

Has anyone seen any sign if there will be retail version for PC?
Didn't like it the last time when half a year later a retail version for Planet Coaster was suddenly available...

Still willing to wait 1 1/2 months if there will be a retail version in the near future :/

Yet, I don't have found any developer response onto that topic.
So maybe it will happen later?


Here either a quote form an old article, to support the mods statement:

Frontier Developments' dinosaur park management sim Jurassic World Evolution will be released digitally on June 12 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and physically on July 3 for PS4 and Xbox One.

So physically only released for PS4 and Xbox One.
As this game is Steam-bound anyways I doubt that a "physical" copy will come with much files at all.
Just with some Steam key to unlock it, but you still have to download.


However, as long as no developer openly answers onto that topic, we still cannot say for sure. :(
