Unlimited money?

I don't know if I have to pay for an expansion for unlimited money, or it is a mod. Usually I would want to have unlimited money, like if you have to put something in the console? Please help.

Only on Isla Nublar (sandbox island) you can set money to unlimited, you cannot do this on all the other islands in the campaign.
Also there are no cheat codes or console commands in this game.

Can you play sandbox mode with normal limitations, like limited money, and having to unlock dinos, buildings, etc...? Or sandbox mode in this game is just a "god mode" with no challenge?

Yes it's called Challenge Mode and you can choose any island to play it on.
You can choose your difficulty, it also gives a par time but don't worry if you go above the par time you can still play and unlock the skin by 5 starring it.

Money is only really an issue in the early moments starting on an island.

You'll find you'll end up with millions pretty quickly if you're not too reckless and it'll build up into sums that you can't spend fast enough lol

Good tip for you is to fill up your Fossil storage with minerals and fossils you no longer need and then move to a new island and sell them there.
You'll need to build a Fossil centre on the new island before you can sell them though but that's usually not a problem.
You can repeat this as often as you like.. go back to a previous island and refil your storage over and over and sell on different islands to build up a nice starting sum.
