Report a translation problem
Theres a hint bottom left when building fences to toggle curved. Its x on pad not sure on m+k :)

Check management view (as pointed out above) and connections!
Maybe you have not all powerstation linked together and you are running a second cicuit?
Check if all fence tiles are indeed electric and not a regular one in between.
Then replace all electric fences, they are only a liability!
Electric fences use power, you need additional powerplants and these need space to build, which usually is scarce for a good, good reason
(and of course it is a lot more expensive using e-fences and additional powerplants)!
There is hardly any additional protection. The best protection comes from keeping dinos happy, if you do not keep them happy even Gallimimus will break any electrified fence type eventually ...
