If I buy the Premium edition - will I need to buy the future DLC's (that aren't already released) seperately, or will they automatically be in the Premium edition? (If there is going to be more dlc)
The deluxe editon doesnt equal season pass.
This game don't contain a Season Pass.

The premium edition is with the current sale around 2 bucks cheaper than buying the Deluxe Edition + Dr. Wu + Cretaceous DLC.
When ypu say outbreaks-if you mean outbreaks of disease that can also happen at any time, yes.
If you mean dinosaurs escaping that only happens if their Comfort goes down due to various elements, or if a tornado breaks the fence, or if the animals hate the weather.
