Report from my gameplay with the new game update:

Seems to me that many of the in-game options are buggy. Sometimes they work, then just bug out.
Here are a few things I encountered:
1. ACU tasking, both tranq & transport, even personally fly the heli - you can pretty much click all you want without having any effect, you'd be lucky if it works, only for it to bug out a few moments later.
2. GATES - also buggy... same as #1.
3. Viewing Platfporms - Show view., same problem as #1.

well everything i was able to notice while i played was

1. Can't give the ACU tasks in every mode (challenge mode included)
2. Can't give the rangers tasks so feeding is impossible in every mode (challange mode included)
3. Some NPC phrases/memos are completely silent for me especially in challange mode (german language)
4. can't use the tower camera in every mode (challange mode included)
5. can't use the gyro in every mode (challange mode included)

i could try to just start a new campain but i guess since it appears also in the challange mode it will change nothing and actually i can't get myself to play the campain again

Anyway...

Your saves work in my game. My saves work without a problem as well so not sure it they will help those having problems

I use your destruction save for a Seudo Sandbox play on the other maps. I hope your saves help someone here . The good thing about them is the saves are from different levels of completion so hopefully , if they do work, people can find one that is close to where they were before thier saves broke due to the patch.

You can copy your Saves folder and keep it to swap back in if need be or rename it should work fine. Then put Just Chill's files in and try it. If they don't work you just delete them and put your own Saves folder back to normal.
There's nothing to lose since you can un-do whatever you do.
Don't forget to turn off Steam cloud sync.

Indeed, I also didn't experience any problems myself, "everyone" is more like "some people".

everything worked fine for me at the beginning but as soon as you save the game a few times these problems gonna appear

Oh I hope not.
I am currently on Jurassic difficulty in a challenge.

I already passed the 3 hours, so that achievement will be unreachable for me, as I am a lazy gamer when it comes to such park simulators. I won't even get it on medium difficulty XD
At least I am on a good way to 5 stars for unlocking the ingame dino skins. :D

i was just playing on isla nublar releasing dinos so their info shows up in the creation lab and everything was working fine then i made a couple of saves and a mission on another island and these problems started showing up

i hope a patch fix comes soon cause as of now the game is unplayable

Well, I have done multiple stuff either especially playing a few hours on challenge mode.

Yet, I cannot recall any of these issues on my side.
