Stuck at 4.5 stars with 5% transport rating.

So im on the last island (Isla Sorna i believe) and i have been stuck on 4.5 starts for the last few days. And im transport rating is 5%. On my other islands i feel like im doing the exact same thing with monorails and wide paths and there i have a minimum of 80% transport rating. Does anyone else have this problem?

Simples, so build a monorail then.

Also there is 2 sections for the island rating. The dino rating and the facility ratings. If the facility.

if one of them is maxed 5 stars, then build what is needed for that part where it shows what could be causing you not to get the 5 star rating. In your case it appears it is because you do not have a monorail.

But I will add. Isla Pena there is no room for a monorail. But you can still get a 5 star island on it. I have on all 5 islands now.

Seems like you haven't even read my post. I have a monorail yet still a low transport rating. And i have 5 stars on isla pena

Sometimes making the monorail a non loop improves the rating. Gotta play around with it. Transport is defintely confusing. I actually just learned, 40 hours in, about the management view which tells me all the information I need. :D

Yeah sorry I did read it. I just didnt read the monorail part.

But yeah you have to put the monorail near the hotels and also near the Enclosures and have about 3 stations as well. on the larger Islands I have 4 - 5 stations.

Like Shrek said, open management view and check for transport rating.

Hotels and viewing areas/gyrostations want a close monorailstation to improve your transport rating.

Paths have nothing to do with transport rating, they are a necessity.

Isla Sorna is a pretty big island. I have 5 stations on that Island. and they are all looped into a big kinda circle connecting them all together all around the island.

Thing is that i have the stations like 10 meters away from my hotels. They can't get closer without me having to tear the whole area down and rebuild it. Is it because it is looped? It's just wierd that my stations (which i have 6+ of) are placed so close to the hotels yet on management view the hotels are still red

here is how i did it.... 3 hotels, 5 stars

make an unconnected loop, 2 stations per open area. for some reason, if the tracks are connected, they only have one train

do NOT connect the path in a giant loop, just use the rails to connect everything

then build normally

if you still have problems, you may have too many ppl.
so... close the park for a bit by turning off the power, or disconnecting roads from the entrance. and trank some of the better dinos.

after the numbers drop as low as they can, re-open and BAM! high ratings... at least til the people over populate again lol

I think you have too many stations. I would tear them all down and the whole monorail system and the hotels and redo the whole lot. You should have plenty of money, so it is not much of a problem.

Only the monorail stations and rails and the hotels only. Nothing else.

I would also suggest that you place the new stations and hotels near the enclosure viewing platforms as well and also near the food and shops as well. that is how I do all mine.

I need to redo my sorna park. While it is five stars currently, its not perfect. I wanna make it look prettier. More... organized. Might have to do less dinos, but im not a fan of the herbivore pen anyway :P

Well you might as well. As nothing else to do in the game once you have unlocked everything and done all main missions. Frontier have a lot of unhappy customers. They made a nice game that lacks in soo many areas. I really wished this game had more to it than it currently does. I really hope they add new features and bigger islands. More missions, more islands.

Better and more animations. new buildings. new mechanics etc etc I could go on and on and on.
