No it doesn't
Side note, 7,000/minute is horribly low. I'm assuming you're either at the very start of an island, or have seriously overstretched your funds by building too much too quickly. Either way, use the fossil method to get more cash where you need it, and take a look at your shops and such to ensure you're not just hemmoraging income.
I don't think it's really needed. Other building upgrades are in place to speed other things up. Having said that I'm all for giving players choice. It's just that compared to other things this game really needs, speeding up time just doesn't seem like it's anywhere near a priority right now
I also have no idea how you only have 7k/min income on any island, unless you currently have no dinosaurs. Every island (with the exception of Sorna) the first thing you can and should do is place at least 1 or 2 dinosaurs. Even struths will give you 20-25k per minute
If you have to rely on the same method every time you start an island of selling your fossils then that to me points out something is wrong with the game. There should be versatility in how you play.
Overall I do like it so faqr but I still find the lack of speed control just strange in this type of game
