I can't seem to unlock him in my database, this entry is the only one standing in my way.

I read it can be unlocked by having an indomus rex break out of its concrete wall enclosure, but i tried this on one of my islands and it didnt do anything. Can someone help? does it need to be a specific island?

I did it on Isla Muerta. Put a really small concrete (not electrified) fence up (less than a full length on each side, no gate, no feeder, no trees, no water), then transported a non-modified Indominus Rex into it. Then just let it break out and go on a rampage. Masrani unlocked.
