Playing between Islands question

When you're playing one Island, does the other island continue to run, make money, have dinosaurs breaking out where you dont't know about it? Or does it play smoothly without need your constant switching back and forth?

Nope. every island gets paused when you move to the next.

Which is a good thing, with all the time you spend maintaining the island you are currently on, imagine how many dino corpses, empty feeders, sick dinos and buildings in need of repair you would have going back to another island, you would never get anything done!

no, it pauses so u don't have to go between islands every 5 seconds because of ur feeders. i was worried about this too but thank god they get paused
