They need to let jeeps or something else transfer smaller dinosaurs. Helicopters are too slow and should be reserved for the big guys.
Yea, I did deal with it alot myself.
When the Indoraptor came out I needed to do security contracts in Isla Sorna to raise my reputation with them to get it, unfortunately at the cost of the reputation with the other factions. The Science division was unhappy with me and begain to let my Deinonychus and Velociraptors out, which started a gangwar that resulted in every one of my Velociraptors to get slaughtered, so ontop of all my usualy chores, cleaning up dead bodies, the storms, inucbating and releasing replacement dinosaurs, restocking every single feeder, ect, I had to repetedly deal with the sabatage and the dinosaurs escaping. Thankfully i managed to do some contracts to get their sabatage chance low but boy was that a ordeal....
long story short: sabotage is the punishment for ignoring a mechanic in the game. don't do that and you won't have to deal with sabotages outside of missions, or at least only very rarely.
Speaking of which, what kind of crap is it that you can focus so much on your security team that your security ends up compromised? I think it would be better to have different things. Like the science team might poison your animals, security might open the gates, entertainment might... not be entertaining. Just something more focused around their field.
If you have to raise your rep with 1 specific division over the others (to recieve a new dinosaur, for e.g.) consider a 2-1 spread of contracts, don't be afraid to decline contracts out of sequence. Do 2 contracts for the faction you need, and then follow it up with a contract of the faction with the lowest rep. Then do another 2 contracts for the faction you need, then a contract with the other 3rd division you've not done. Keep repeating the process...
If 1 of the other 2 divisions insist on being a troublemaker, just feed them a few contracts out of sequence. I've only been sabotaged 3 times in my entire playthrough, 1 of those was deliberate during the mission on Island 2 which is scripted. The other 2 times I didn't notice a division was slipping away from me.
And in a video game, even punishment for failure shouldn't result in having to do something extremely tedious and boring for a long time. It should hurt, it should set me back, I should not want that to happen, but it shouldn't ruin my fun and work for many, many, many minutes.
The thing is I wouldn't have a problem with doing contracts but I'm never in the mood because
1. All divisions give the same contracts.
2. Despite this, the other 2 divisions will be mad regardless of what you did in the contract. (Why is the Science Division mad I completed the Gallimimus genome? Why is the Security Division mad that we went 10 minutes without a power outage? Why is the Entertainment Division mad we raised our park rating to 4.5 Stars?)
3. Contracts are repetitive. its either Take a picture, Raise a rating/guest count/satisfaction/genome, Go "x" minutes without "x" casualties/a power outage, or completing digs.
The fact that there is 7 types of contracts and each Division could give any of them or be offended by any of them is so annoying...
As for dinos walking out I only seen carnivores do so when they decide to hunt hummies.
