Taking long time to start

Why does when i launch jurassic world evolution it takes 10 mins until it actually starts the game
like steam says startin jurassic park. and then it takes 10 min till it starts why?

And no i don't got any programs on only steam and windows original processes

i once tried to play ark on a laptop it took well over 1.5 hrs to load and had 3fps once i got in

i got more then 50 fps so thants not the problem
and when i started it first time it went starting directly without a problem

How good is your internet ? I know that when I quit my game, it needs a long time to sync with steam servers. I can't re-launch my game during that time.

i just freshly started my pc no startup stuff no sync nothing just the game and steam and core processes
