Ideal Number of Hotels?

So I'm pre-planning some parks right now and Hotels are obviously an important part of the process, given that A: They're one of the largest structures and B: You need a lot of them. For a full sized, high-efficiency park, what would be the ideal number of hotels?

I'm currently under the belief that it's about 5 or 6 for islands about the size of Tacano and Muerta

I like to have minimum of 3 but you can see how much overflow you have if you click on each hotel so you can base if you need another one off of that.

i think it depends on viewing areas. I try to have 1 for every 3-4 viewing areas/towers. I usually end up with 3 or 4. Maybe only 2 on the small islands.

Hotels seem to be equally proportional to the sum of the rating of each dinosaur, though to get the exact proportion you'll need to do some testing

Yeah two, maybe three seems alright for Pena if you're cramming in a lot of dinos tbh

I think I only got 1 hotel on Pena and still 5 starred it with 3 enclosures, it definately varies on what your plans are with each island. On Tacano, I probably have almost 10 Hotels and have almost $300,000,000 there with only 2 enclosures. More hotels = more guests that can stay on the island at any given time, but that is also that many more to have to properly please. In general, more is merrier as far as I can tell, I'm pretty sure that's why I'm filthy rich on Tacano, and will probably be the same on Sorna as soon as I'm finished with it, I have only utilized about 50% of the island and have 3 hotels and 3 enclosures and am at about $30,000,000 there already. Keep things as tight as possible without gaps between buildings and enclosures to fully utilize your space and there is no reason you should ever be waiting on money to take actions.

i think its like 1 hotel per 1,500-2,000 people is ideal. Sorna was the only place i had to build more than 2.

Obviously depends on island size, I usually like to have one hotel for every 3 enclosures roughly because I build my parks in clusters now with spearate path grids for each linked through monorail stations Seems to give me the best combo of guest satisfaction to maximum dinosaur space. :)

I usually build 3 hotels max.
