The Indominus has a very low tollerance ... maybe 5% or so. This woulc normaly be handleable but because of the "radius"-System of your dinos, she will freak out almost instantly if she finds a corner in the paddock with 2m² to less ... or to much ... forest.

My recommendation for indominus is to try to make a circular enclosure, then dot small patches of trees all over it. With no corners or large clumps of forrest to get stuck in she SHOULD then behave. Oh, and if your island has storms, send acu to tranq her IMMEDIATELY that you get an incomming storm warning. She's even worse than raptors for freaking out in bad weather.

One more thing, don't try and put an indoraptor in with Indominus, the rule that a small predator is safe from large predators falls flat with indoraptor, it's so frikking stupid it'll stand up to Indominus and promptly gets destroyed by it! LOL

Maxed out they seem to be close to even. I.Raptor has more def, I.Rex has more attack (slightly) with full mods. I had a fully modded I.Raptor 2 shot a fully modded I.Rex - pretty decent kill animation too.

Hmm I guess I was using mostly the mods for attach defense and lifespan rather than pure battle stats because I don't like constantly having to replace old dinosaurs when I get a large park going. For me my two fully upgraded dinos indominus had about 40 more attack and 10 more defence than indoraptor.

I realized that after I had saved my game following a security division mission and loaded it the next day, even though I had completed the mission, the mission dinos were behaving as if it was still going on (getting agitated all the time). Had to sell those and create new ones to fix it. Hope this helps.
