dinosaurs keep getting agitated
My dinos keep getting agitated it isnt even funny anymore, the moment i tranc them, repair the fence and place them somewhere else they just keep running back to the fence and start smashing again with the reason ''agitated''

anyone got a fix for it or something?

i think nublar default to easy, so they can break out, but they probably won't try unless they are truly agitated from lack of comfort.
Ok, I checked the settings, it's on normal escapes. I think escape rate may be higher on Isla Sorna, that's the only place I've ever had trouble with anything attacking fences when it wasn't unhappy, well outside of missionscripted escapes.

The first enclosure on tutorial island was too crowded for Dracorex and they kept breaking out. So also keep in mind their social and population needs.
it could depend on species type too. I put aggressive instict on a triceratops and he seemed to be fine.

I put it on a raptor as part of a mission and he was literally 100% happy flip the script now agitated instantly and attacking the fence. Then we would go attack a goat and be fine, just almost randomly attacking fences and then going back to normal, all while 100% comfy
Mission or contract? Some missions they will have add a scripted agitated state on the dinosaur to make it more challenging to contain it. This usually goes away although for whatever reason a Spino and an indom I had on sorna kept doing it after the mission ended. Sold them and replaced them with new ones, exact same stat, same pen. No fence attacking any more :P
I forget, i think it was the 2nd or 3rd island when you first get raptors so it was awhile ago. I thought it was a mission though. I spam contracts and only take ones I want, will easilly dismiss any of them I don't feel like doing. I never take pictures or do any of the stupid ones that make my park more dangerous.
Worst contract I ever got was to add rapid metabolism to a dinosaur. I was only upto Isla Tacano at the time, you only get that mod on isla Sorna :P They really need to fix the contract system to not ask you to do things you don't have access to yet.

OP I have 4 raptors with the agressive mod that spend the majority of their time comfortable. The only issue I have with them is during storms. Then it is generally only when the electricity to the fence was cut off. On islands without storms they have never escaped once I learned how to keep their comfort in the green.

Clicking on the dinos and hitting,"R" tells you exactly what they need to be happy. Go outside those boundries and you will have problems with them. Stay in them and for the vast majority of the time they will happily stay in their enclosures regardless of their gene modifications.

My guess you are exceeding social and/or population limits. If not that then it is not meeting social requirements. I think most people pretty much know how to meet terrain requirments.

If not the above it could be not enough feeders. Only a few dinos are getting enough to eat to keep them happy. Some others in the enclosure are only getting fed sporadically.

I have not tested this with raptors or any other carnivore, but would not be surprised if some get upset if their hunting needs are not met. It is logical to assume since they added 2 type of feeders for carnivores. One fills their belly more while the other fulfills their need to hunt and kill prey.
Thats not the problem. He's saying (and im experiencing it too) that everything is in green yet they keep going from agitated to normal to agitated even though everything is in green all the time
