I have a problem.
Hi, I just purchased the game, and I had a problem with the My Games folder where the Frontier Developments folder aswell as the Saved Games folder are compleatly gone, I cant acess my saves or anything. I can launch the game and save the game, but nothing is appearing. [EDIT] My Frontier Developments folder has appeared in My Games, but It currently does not have Jurassic World Evolution file.

C:\Users\David\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution\76561197987612432\Saves

is where my saves are..

you may have a permission problem. You may have to give yourself permission to the "saves" folder or set "everyone" to be able to read/write/list/execute on that folder

you may also need to run chkdsk /scan to make sure you dont have any issues with the NTFS file system as well

Well, I have permissions to view it as I'm the admin, the problem is is that the Jurassic World File has not popped up in the Frontier Development folder.

Just because you can view it doesn't matter.. the game may not have permission to WRITE to that folder.. and the game makes all the sub folders under the JWE folder.. and it needs write permission to do that

You have to right click the frontier folder, and hit properties.. then the security tab.. then click the Edit button...then add.... then advanced...then find now... then find and click everyone.. then OK.. then give it modify, read/write, etc... just not full control

if that solves it, it's a permission problem... if it doesn't , then something else is going on

Alright, I checked the permissions everything has been allowed prior to me doing anything.

Why not just right click the jwe executable and run as admin? XD

I could try that, But how exactly would that make files from the game write over to the Frontier Folder in my games?
