How do I unlock Ajay Sidhu in the InGen database?

Does anyone know how I get the character of Ajay sidhu, for the ingen database? I've read somewhere that you need a photograph of a Dilo and raptor fight on Sorna, I've done this and it dosen't work. I just need this one person and then I would have completed every achievement. any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

This was the last one i was missing.I tried the photograph of a Dilopphosaurus and Velociratpor aswell. Didnt work.
I got him after completing a security contract on Sorna. I was close to max reputation there.
I had to release diplodocus with some modifications. can't remember which one and i dont think it matters.
Probably its just a random reward for a security mission on Sorna.

I just completed the last achievement by getting the last memos and I got my last person while doing the last 2 memos completing missions. I did not pay much attention to the name but I got all persons doing missions.
