One of my Gallimimus had this issue, just stood there and nearly died, thought it got snaged on one of the shrubs in the enclosure but it continued to just stand there after I removed it. Tranquilizing it and moving it fixed the issue but It was unusual.
Doubt it will fix a bug that I've also seen and fixed with tranquillising and moving but it's a new thing I found by accident - the jeep has a horn that attracts the attention of dinosaurs. I'll try it next time I get a stuck animal.
I was experimenting with keeping a Brachiosaurus and T-Rex in the same padoc. While the T-Rex didn’t attack the Brachiosaurus, it did keep it away from food and water. So I moved the Brachiosaurus to a large herbivore pen, dropping her between the water and food. But the Brachiosaurus just stood there alternating between starving and dehydrating.
In the end I picked up the Brachiosaurus again and dumped it in the water, and that seemed to fix it.
