No. This is called something completely different and is based on a movie Lisence.

This is more of a sequel to jurassic park operation genesis then anything else. I wouldnt even count it as a movie tie in.

Wait so you can manually drive and fly helicopters along with manually being able to snipe in this game? (That makes it a little more owrth the price tag)

Of course that would be too awesome....
(but just the fact they put the effort into vehicle and projectile physics is good enough)

That would be cool tho if they added a destuctive mode where the whole point is to tranquilize the people and destroy what you built up like natural disasters in Sim City
