Frontier: Offline mode?
First, I beg you guys not to make this about Denuvo. Some games with that system CAN be played in steam offline mode indefinately.

I travel, a lot. Being able to play games in offline mode is pretty much a must have for me. Airports, airplanes, hotels with no internet security, and a insanely slow internet connection at home etc. I rarely turn steam into online mode unless I'm downloading a game.

Frontier, once downloaded and authenticated via Steam, can the game be run in Steam offline mode?

The Steam page says you don't need a constant internet access, and Planet Coaster doesn't have an always-online DRM. I'm pretty sure playing offline will be thing

That's what I'm hoping. Still, I'd like to make 100% certain before pulling out the wallet.

When you're in steam's offline mode, it's not accessed to the internet. It works fine for me.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Denuvo really isn't as bad as people make it out to be and it doesnt prevent you from going offline.. It takes like 10 seconds every month or so to authenticate online, which really isn't a big deal and well... Denuvo threads are forbidden.

Will the game require an internet connection to play?

Jurassic World Evolution™ will not require an internet connection on console. For PC users, it will require a one-time verification check and afterwards be able to run the game offline.

Now I've answered your question.

Sorry but Denuvo topics are now off limits due to the last topic we allowed (which ran for 6 weeks) devolving into constant personal attacks and advocating piracy. We simply do not have the numbers in the Steam moderation team to be able to constantly babysit this topic to watch for violations of the rules.

Topic closed under the grounds of being "prone to huge arguments".
