Fire Employee Feature?

So my head of security wants me to release a dinosaur into the park and see how well my teams can handle it. For some reason the game wants me to agree to this, and I don't have an option to fire him on the spot. I demand a fix to this immediately!

In all seriousness though, I'll be writing a proper review once I get a little further along.

It gets better cause if you ignore one of the three employees along enough they start sabatoging your park and there is no option to fire or arrest them.

i too found it odd but it's part of the "story" i guess to make sure you know how to handle that type of situation. it only gets "worse". they're like the devils on your shoulder and ian malcolm is the only sane one

You're probably referring to the tutorial, so he is literally teaching you how to deal with accidents that you may have later in the game, rather than having you flail about in the dark unprepared.
