Can't Place Water

I'm trying to add water into an enclosure and it just won't work at all. I'm clicking, there are no terrain restrictions to block it and nothing happens. I'm trying to get more dinosaurs into the island but what's the point if they'll die of thirst in a couple of minutes? Anybody know why this is happening or what I can do?

make sure the ground is flat or you cant plase water i had that issue aswell

Also you have to click and drag around an area

Yeah just wait until you build a monorail station.... than you get the addition of "curve is to sharp", and it will say it is obstructed when there is nothing in the way...

I think I mentioned this in another thread. Be mindful that it hasnt worked 100% of the time for me but it's something. After you flatten the terrain for where you want your water, lower the land as well, as deep as you need to. Like you're creating a pool, then try and place the water.

The entire Terrain altering tools (Except trees and grass) do not work properly.

Try lowering the land and then placing water on it. That worked for me.

Hey guys, I literally exited the game and relaunched it and I could put it down fine with no issues. I think it was just a bug. Thanks for your replies though, dudes!
