Quest bugged?

I'll try to report it on their forums later. But I want to know if anyone else is havign trouble with quests like this.

The quest was to incubate and release a velociraptor and Diplophosaurus in the same enclosure. When the Diplo predictably lost. I failed the quest. Even though it told me to let them fight to the death.

I think this is because they're supposed to fight specific dinosaurs. But since it triggered the previous part of the quest... This doesn't really make sense.

Yeah, seems odd. But doing it in a seperate enclosure seems to work. But it's very dangerous, given how raptors tend to freak out without other raptors in their enclosure.

What I did was make a new enclosure for the fight (I think the missions says to build a new one right?) and then hatch 2 of each instead of just 1. Beware though, when you get the mission dino it doesn't get eaten. (Though in my case, the 2 raptors ate both the 2 dilos).
Another warning, that Raptor is going to get REALLY REALLY pissed. It kept on trying to escape for me. After completing the mission I had the idea of just tranqing it and letting it sleep in the pen - so you could try that, though I don't know if tranqing it will freeze the timer.
