Power Problems (Im stupid, i fixed it)

Isla Muerta. Power problems. buildings keep having power cut off of them when they are in the power grid. Theres like an invisible storm or something. Its not only happening to me, I saw a screenshot on my friends profile who had the same issue. Anyone who can relate?

Yep i can relate as i have been in the same sitaution numerous times.
It is a game rushed out, pay big money for it and then the devs patch it up over the next few months.

Have you upgraded the power plant to output more power? If so the upgrade has a % chance that there will be a blackout. You have to send your ranger to restore power.

Also is it outputting enough power for all the buildings? If it is not then buildingd can go offline due to lack of enough power to run everything.

Are any of the power plants damaged? It seems to reduce their power output until you repair them. Also check you're not suffering from a power outage, if you upgrade the plants with the extra output it has a chance of causing the plant to fail every so often (you can counter-act it with the upgrade that reduces the chances of an outage).

Also even if your contract people say low chance of sabotage... they can still do it

I have zero contracts right now, they shouldn't be sabatoging me. Plus i fixed it. I will keep making these discussions if i notice any more bugs or i could use some help. Just hope this game gets a tiny bit more...patches, as ive noticed a couple, but not game changing bugs.

You don't have to have contracts for them to sabatoge you, but make sure that all the electric fences are connected to a building (like the Lab or veiwing post), that was how I fixed my Raptor enclosure.

Also hover over your Power stations. Do they have excess power not being used or are all of them showing 0 excess power.

Same with me. I'm on Island 2, I have excess power, much more than needed. Power substations dissolve power to all buildings. Power lines, power plants, subtations are okay, no damage. I have 2 buildings with no power, i even deconstructed and rebuilt them, no change.I guess it's a bug which stops my progress so i will try to restart the island or wait for a patch.

Ok, thanks. Yeah i had two buildings out of power but not those that showed "not powered". Hm, i fixed.
